Is that what he said? I remember it differently. He was talking about selling licenses but not for military applications. The way I took it was that, he already had a relationship with the military and no military licenses were available. I also remember an early post on 22passi.blogspot.com, soon after the January demo announcement that a reactor had been on a naval vessel for over a year. But, I could be wrong.
