It is not accepted because there is no perpetual motion there. Or, at very
least, there is no evidence for that in the video. It is just shown a
system with very small friction, where that the magnetic energy contained
between the magnets in the beginning as well as the small push of the
puller give some kinetic energy.

Make him run that for some years and he might be slightly more convincing.
Superfluid He can rotate for weeks without problem.
