Unless both Papp and the Rohners are engaging in disinformation... both are telling us to use what doesn't work, and even specifically saying that H doesn't work when in fact is the only gas that does work. -mi

He gets little to no effect from the Noble gas mixture, but gets an interesting effect from hydrogen. It is probably a hydrino effect. The violet color is indicative of UV emission, which is the signature of the Mill's f/H reaction. Papp says over and over that he does not use hydrogen in his mix, and the Rohner's agree. Therefore since hydrogen gives a rather strong effect, and the Nobel gas mix gives almost none, by comparison, this amounts to a rather compelling disproof of principle for Papp and/or a putative NGE.
