I think it was a bad idea to jump over the steam as if it did not matter, and not even demonstrate that it was steam. In retrospect that seems like an odd thing to do. As if they were evading the issue somehow. I suppose they did not need to include that enthalpy in the computation shown on the screen, but they should have demonstrated that the outlet temperature was correct and the flow rate was correct, as I described in my "Suggestions for a more effective demonstration." These are key parameters. They need to be confirmed. - Jed
