How in the world do they synchronize all the 60 hz signals from different power stations? A capacitive bank at each power station? What about the different phase angles that would be received at distant locations? At 186,000 miles per second after 775 miles the ending signal would be full magnitude of cycle , but the sending station would be at its zero crossing on the cycle.
