You are confusing me. First you say that Mills, on your blog, was a person other than Robin van Spaandonk to offer a theory explaining He ash in amounts that match excess heat that is consistent with hydrino production and then you _appear_ (poor grammar so hard tell) to say that Mills has no such theory.
