That wouldn't be very useful in a WWW browser. However, YAM e.g.
supports exactly the desired behaviour (mark text + choose cut, copy
or paste) when you create a new mail while it doesn't when you simply
mark a text in a *received* mail...which of course makes sense, too.
Otherwise you would locally alter the authors original mail or website
when choosing "cut" or "paste".
