[voyager] Opening new browser windows is very slow

Hallo,

With V�, opening new browser windows has gotten VERY slow.
It almost takes 3 seconds to open a new window here.
(using 060@50, PPC@233)

Is there something wrong with my setup, or is it the way it is?
BTW, I really _hate_ this.

(I guess Tearoff is the reason)
