Something is definitely wrong with your system. I have an A3000 '030
25 Mhz and the first V3P2 window comes up about 5 to 6 seconds after
clicking the "OK" on the beta requester. New windows come up in about
2 seconds.
I'm running V3 on a 16-bit RetinaZ3 screen and I have 16 megs of FAST
RAM (70ns page mode ZIPs).
