Where can I find that file? I visited v3.vapor.com a few hours ago and I saw
nothing about such a new library file. I didn't visit the download area though,
so it is possible I overlooked the update.
My system had two problems: the new CManager.mcc caused Voyager to complain
about that it was missing and the new vapor_toolkit.library file caused V to
crash and reboot my system.
I fail to see how changing the vapor_toolkit.library and at the same time
upgrade the CManager.mcc file could fix the problem with the "missing"
CManager.mcc?
I will however try.
