I know that now. I saved the file as soon as I spotted it.
I extracted the the vapor_toolkit.library and installed it in libs:. I
re-installed the CManager.mcc file from the pre-release 3 distribution and
Voyager once again refused to start claiming that CManager.mcc is missing.
The new library cured the crash on start problem. I had to downgrade to the
CManager.mcc from pre-release 2 to get Voyager up and running. All other
files, except for vapor_toolkit.library, are from the October 2 Voyager
distribution archive.
