It's very strange.  I wonder where all these crashing, missing file, and
lockup problems are coming from.

I installed V3-pre3 and did not downgrade any files.  It ran O.K. with
the exception of a few lockups from time to time.  Then Olli posted the
updated vapor_toolkit.library.  I installed that and I haven't had any
lockups since then.  I also have CManager 1.6 and mFTP-II installed.
No problems.  YAM and StrICQ also work fine.
