[voyager] VFlashPPC and ppc.library emulation

I don't get it. On the PowerUP mailinglist Mathias Roslund wrote this about a
WarpOS version of Mame:

"No idea, guess I'll have to make a version myself... If I ever find the time
that is.."
                                                                              
And you replied:

"No need, there's PPCLib emu from Frank Wille for that."

Which seemed to imply that you use it. So I can't understand why you have 'no
clue' about whether VFlashPPC runs on ppc.library.

But anyway, it doesn't seem so. Everytime I try it on one of the anims on your
testpage I get a WarpOS failure requester.
