I have ToolBar 15.5 and TearOff 13.5, but SpeedBar 11.1, but I'm not
quite sure it's the cause. I was deleting the excess separators and
saving the prefs repeatedly, and one day, all of a sudden, the problems
were gone! It works perfectly well now, but don't ask me why, for I
haven't done anything else, just removing separators and saving the
prefs...
