[voyager] Toolbar problems

Hello!

I'm not sure if it maybe slipped my attention, but has anybody found out
how to get rid of this annoying toolbar bug - I get new separators and
toolbars at random every time I start Voyager? I remove them of course
and save settings, but it doesn't survive the restart.
