Yes it does.

:) You're the ignorant one :)

Which is in NO WAY guaranteed to work. There is no written word
ANYWHERE that says an Avail Flush command will flush *ALL* libraries
from memory.

Not always possible, if a library needs to hold a resource (maybe if
it's patched a library, or is waiting on data from an external app)
then it can 'refuse' to be expunged.
Opening and closing libraries is more than just a file access. It's
very complicated.
> Sorry Chris...this is not Windoze. aka make a change and reboot.
Sorry Martin, but that's no excuse. Windows does the reboot thing
religiously for a reason - if you don't it'll explode.
The Amiga won't explode if you don't reboot. But we'll all laugh
at you for refusing when all your apps stop working.

Logic dictates that it may not always be possible to flush a library
from memory, whether it's used or not.

You're taking it all too seriously. Chris works as tech support for
all these apps. He gets phone calls every day from idiots (not you :)
with inane and obvious problems. It's only natural that he should take
his frustrations out on the first inane question he sees.
It's ***OBVIOUS*** that you should reboot. It's the ****ONLY**** way
to ensure that all libraries are flushed from memory.
> Grow up man !!!
First, you should quit being such a whiney little baby.
