[voyager] Small bug in =?iso-8859-1?Q?V=B3??=

Hello,

when trying to save a plain ASCII text file
via the menu item 'Save file to...' (page operations)
sometimes the file isn't saved, but I couldn't figure
out under which circumstances this happens.
(Repeating the save operation also doesn't help,
after restarting V� it works fine.)

Anyone to confirm this? A MUI bug?
