Well, that was kind of my point.
As it happens, this isn't a problem that affects me - I seem to remember it happening
once a long time ago, but that was many versions of Voyager ago, and I'm sure the
installation has been moved around a few times since then as well.
So the really BIG issue to do with the cache, then, is that it sometimes doesn't
manage itself properly.
Which isn't what the original poster was saying...
