Had the same problem in while trying it for the first time.. but I
figured out that the whole page have to fit in the Voyager window
before vpdf can display it... No problem with a resolution of
1664*1248 or what I'm using now (yes, it's more than 1600*1200, but it
seems like CGFX v4 doesn't support wider screens than 1648)... :)
When setting vPDF up, I crashed on every try to change the preferences
(from within Voyager). A solution to this problem is to set the
preferences using APDF (change fonts and modules directories so that
they have full paths, not PROGDIR:fonts, and PROGDIR:/nothing), and
then copy the apdf.config (from the directory where APDF is installed)
to the plugins/data directory in Voyager, and rename it to
vpdf.config
