Terry, no-one has 'overcharged' you, you ordered twice, through two different
mechanisms, therefore received keyfiles via those two different mechanisms :)
If someone, for example, posts a cheque (or whatever) to, say, the French
registration site, or otherwise, it could take 'some time' to clear the cheque,
do the admin stuff and process your key. If you decide (whilst waiting for the
key to arrive), to then purchase online, you'd then receive both sets of keys
:-/
ie. if I decided to send a cheque/order via post to Macromedia, to order Flash,
but then got a little sick of waiting for the two weeks or so it would take them
to process this order, and decided to order it on the web....they would send you
your posted order, as well as the automated one you paid for/downloaded from
macromedia.com!
Unfortunately it does take some time (anything from two days to a few weeks,
depending on the reg site and payment method) to process registrations sent to
registration sites, manually. If you want keys *immediately* it's always the
best idea to register via the online automated credit card order system, as this
is automated, so you recieve your keys 'within a few minutes' after your credit
card is authorised.
