I will take your sarcasm in a good-natured way, as I must differ with
you and, temporarily agree with you, too. The files "Cookies.1", "URL-
History.1", and "Global.1" act as pointers to help V know what to do.
The "Cookies.1" file tells V which of the CD files has the cookie (gra-
phics and text) which is used by a URL. The advice I gave is sound, but
does not work properly with V. It does work exactly as I stated, with
AWeb. I will have to study V better to make a realistic observation and
statement.

In fact, the fastest and easiest way in which I get rid of every
trace of cookies, with AWeb, is to do exactly as I suggested. The next
time I go online, AWeb recreates the files it needs. I felt disappointed
when I found out that V did not seem to have that ability. Then, again,
maybe, after studying it some more, I will find it.

In short, I am glad you stated that a problem would ensue if someone
deleted their files the way I suggested. I may have been in the data
processing field for over twenty years, but I am still learning.

                                         Julian.
