Yes. I never had cause to turn it off in the release version and I made
sure it was enabled in this latest beta. The one thing I did do with
respect to JS was to turn off the warning on JS errors. Don't know if
this is of significance in the Amiga Network News case, but I found that
with the option to warn turned on, certain pages which use JS wouldn't
work at all while those same pages would work fine if the warning on
errors was turned off. Have no idea why a simple warning should also
affect the way in which the handling of JS should work, but that does
appear to happen in certain cases.
