I can understand how I may have come across as "waffling." To be
frank, after reading a number of messages from us users of V 3.2, and,
the very in-depth explanations of the how's and why's and recommended
work arounds, I felt it would be totally redundant to have us go through
all those threads, again. Also, I remember that it appeared that, even
when something was suggested, which could work, messages still were
penned stating the original problems, as though no one had approached
them, before.

In all fairness, I agree with one such response about V, that it is a
very graphically pleasurable program with which to work; and, when it
does not crash, it makes surfing very easy. Also, unlike AWeb, you can
more easily alter your viewing window, again, making V more desirable.
My statement about not using V, until the next version is out, was only
to help Tommy not feel as upset as he seemed to be, and to show that
there is an alternative.

I, myself, will be buying PFS v 3, to substitute for FFS. I also
concur with the sentiment that it IS annoying to feel forced to buy a
third party after-market program to use with the Amiga OS to have better
stability because V has the tendency to cause a lot of system crashes.

Since I did buy V, as well as AWeb, I look forward to the new version
of V.

Please accept my apologies if I accidentally misled anyone in my
response to Tommy.

This response is being sent to the list, as well as, to you, because
I wish those on the list to be aware that, even though you and I might
butt heads on something, we both are trying to state the facts and come
up with the best possible solutions.

                                         Julian.
