Hi Michael,
I get the sneaking suspicion that when the pdf plugin is activated,
it is actually accessing VPDF or xpdf and not APDF. I had heard of all
of those difficulties (blank screen after load, and, weird character
screen/window printing after load) when the xpdf and vpdf programs were
used because they do not know how to treat the fonts coming from the
Acrobat file as the Amiga uses different named fonts. Hence either a
blank screen or weird characters.
If there is a way to make sure that the APDF program is accessed,
instead, the problem may disappear, IMHO. Anyway, it may be worth the
try.
