Not in the archive I downloaded. The versions of Textinput.mcc and
Textinputscroll.mcc in the archive are 26.11 while according to the alpha
it requires 28.0. The version of Textinput.mcp in the archive is 28.0.

P.S. I second Gil's request. If anyone can point us to the 28.0 .mcc's,
please tell us.
