I think a lot of people run afoul during hand installation because MUI: is
not the same thing as MUI:libs/MUI/
I've caught myself putting .mcc's right into the MUI: directory more than
once.
Lest we also forget that a reboot or "avail flush" is necessary to make the
libs active.
