What archive did you download? I downloaded v_33_alpha35.lzx and in the
MUI directory of this archive I find Textinput.mcc and Textinput.mcp.
Loading these two files into CED reveals the following lines:

$VER: Textinput.mcc 28.0 (7.8.00) � 1997-2000 Oliver Wagner <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, All 
Rights Reserved

$VER: Textinput.mcp 28.0 (7.8.00) � 1997-2000 Oliver Wagner <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, All 
Rights Reserved
