If you bothered taking a look in the readme file accompanying the alpha
you will right in the beginning have found the following:

    "We've got a good list of stuff to do, so it's not
     necessary to report bugs, missing features or anything
     with this version."

So to answer your question: No, it is not okay to file bugs yet.
