You will most probably have to get Miami Deluxe.

Probably depends upon the speed for the connection. With my 060 and a 56k
modem I often felt that the system was the bottleneck. After obtaining a
256 kbit DSL connection, the system is definitely the bottleneck. Naturally
only talking about browsing here. When fetching e-mail, FTPing or the like,
the Amiga naturally uses the full bandwidth.

Take a look at the DSL FAQ at Nordic Global site. It tells you a lot about
DSL and cable modem connections and what you need to know before you order
you cable connection -- though MiamiDx can handle much, certain things
has to be met for it to work.
