As a NC3 user I think that it would be fair to pay for version 4.
I've had more than my money's worth for V2 and V3 from NC2 and 3
respectively. I don't think it's asking too much to pay for a new
keyfile for a new version (especially a re-written one).
An upgrade offer would be a nice incentive but even without that I'd
buy a new version.
Anyway, checking Olli's latest .plan it looks like we might not have
to long to wait for a new beta.
