Hello Coccini,

Now I am not an expert on everything, but, IMHO, you are touching
upon two distinct topics, with V. The first, is its inability to deal
with Web sites; the second, with the Amiga crashing when too much
graphics data is forced on it.

The first. V, in its current incarnation, has a lot of difficulties
working with sites that use javascript and cookies. These two things
are not implemented fully in V. What I find, almost laughable, about
that, is that such things as a plug-in for Flash-Shockwave, written by
a third party, works perfectly, but things that are germaine to the
workings of a graphical browser (javascript and cookies) do not work
well. This problem can only be resolved when Mr. Wagner completes the
new version of V. In the meanwhile, consider using other browsers
which do not have such trouble.

The second. For whatever reason, the Amiga will not let you know
when you are running so low on Chip RAM that the machine can crash.
This is an inherent problem with the Amiga, itself, not with browsers
or the Internet. The same thing will happen when using AWeb. I know
this because I have had it happen, to me, while I was using AWeb.

A graphics card/board, is supposed to help, in general, because it
takes over the tasks whihc used to be done just by the Chip RAM.
Therefore, your Amiga may no longer crash, when faced by a "ton" of
graphics' data, but, it still can crash when it cannot handle a site
that uses a lot of javascript and cookies.

   Hope this helps.

                                         Julian.
