What's it got to do with the NOSCRIPT tag? Something's seriously wrong
with the site (looks like that GetParams() function is using some unimplemented
JS) but NOSCRIPT would do nothing to solve that.

And with that note, I'd refrain from trying to convince webmasters (no
matter how lame they seem) to use certain methods you THINK would
work, by sarcastically pointing them out.
You only serve to infuriate them, and have them not fix the problem
out of spite.
In this case, it's easier for you to get your browser fixed, than it is to
get them to completely redesign their site for 'less compliant' browsers.
I've just about worked out why it's broken, I'll bug it to Olli.
