This was the clue...

Ok, I followed your idea and get the result
Why CManager don't create this drawer is a mystery. As you know I use
the last beta and maybe something is broken. I'll make a report for
this to Vapor.
When installing, this beta save its data in its directory.
What baffled me is that AmFTP profiles were saved and reload without
any trouble ...
Many thanx for the tip and to waste your time : How to import StFax
and Yam data as this not seem to work the same ?
