Actually, I've been working more on this project than vperl
lately, and it is a challenge. Just parsing tcl, with its
various circles of quoting hell, can be tricky. There are 
some features of tcl, such as its excellent reflection 
abilities, that cannot be translated into perl easily. Couple
this with the fact that tcl/tk is quite the moving target 
these days, and most simple translators will be more of
aids to translation than fire and forget style converters.
