vtcl FAQ discontinued. I enclose it's tar ball. was (RE: [vtcl] anything new since 1.2.0?)

I am sorry but I have to discontinue supporting/homing the vtcl FAQ
page.
I enclose a tarball (22K) with its files, so anyone can restart its
homing/maintenance.
