Ditto, but this all happened to me too, 12 months ago. I too was dilligent and kept a record of the unreasonable connections and made many forthright and reasonable requests for what I had paid for. There was no way of course however, that iPrimus was going to change their network strategies to suit me. Most telling however was our phone bill, to say it was unbelievable is to make no exageration. The money we were spending on the Internet connection would have paid for an ADSL account at the time, simply outrageous! That did it for me, not to mention the fact that they were hosting the BIG BOTHER website which no doubt gets priority over us. A switch to a "more expensive" Internet account using Westnet saved us hundreds in phone calls over the past twelve months. I came to a basic conclusion that one should not allow a tin-pot product to control another service which attracts a cost. In other words; spend up on the Internet account to save phone calls. Good Luck Paul
