The same reason why people used to spend the extra $2000 for a 500 Pismo
over a 400 - coolness :-) The 500 wasn't that much quicker......... I
guess the same reasoning applies to why people bought the U2 iPod over a
standard iPod.
If anything, it will match your black Nano or Video iPod :-)
