The USB port on the 802.11n AirPort Extreme Base Station (AEBSn) is only for connecting USB hard drives & flash drives, printers, or hubs.
The USB modem will not work.

You might be able to share your Internet in a different way.
Connect the computer that has the USB dongle by Ethernet to the Airport Extreme and share the Internet in that way to another computer.
