Umm Bill,

You know you can set up your own address in Address Book. You can even
select that card and go to the menu "Card" and select "Make this my card".
When you print the labels from "your" card, you have the return address
capability "...built in to it" just as you desire. No need to invoke MS BS
or complain to any department at Apple. If you wanted to get really fancy,
you could also set up a graphic logo with your return details and print this
onto every label by default. Go to print, then set Style as Mailing Labels.
Click on the "Label" tab, and on the second last line, choose Image: and
click the button "Set..." to choose your pre-prepared logo.

HTH
John
