Hi Darrel, Thanks for this info. I certainly cannot fault the service I have received at PrintCom, I've found them excellent. It is the inconvenience of getting the printer to them and picking it up.
Surely other than EPSON Authorised Service agents can replace the printer's Ink Pads? Thanks again.
