Hi Peter Not an easy one to answer I'm afraid. As it depends on the channel being recorded (is it analogue, HD, Digital,..etc). And how long does the show go for.
But to give you a very rough idea,.. Underbelly recorded from Nine Digital on Sunday 2nd May 2010 at 8.23pm for 1hr33mins resulted in a file size of 3.8GB However, The Wire recorded from ABC2 Tuesday 27th April 2010 at 9.13pm for 1hr48mins was only 2.8GB.
