Thanks Justin, Ronni, I used this one: http://gwenhiver.net/address-book-exporter.html With a cut down set of fields (just the ones needed) it was perfect.
Ronni, I tried the AddressBook2CSV Exporter, but the CSV was unusable. The multi line fields threw it right off.
