If your old Phillip, I am antedeluvian :-0   We are building a house in 
Woodlands and are going to live in Quinninup while we do so . We are coming up 
to the time which, if the offer of a visit still stands we will take you up on 
it. If the rest of us wrinklies have to suffer from "old Timers Disease" I do 
not see why you should escape !
