It was always on the cards.....the App Store is a cash cow for Apple, plus
there is the environmental benefits and cash savings for going digital
distribution.

Don't forget Apple is predominantly a US-centric company....they couldn't
care less if Mrs Smith of Nannup only has a 512k adsl link with a 500meg
limit..... In saying that, don't be surprised if Apple release a DVD via
their online store for special circumstances.

And now that mobileme will be free, I can get my mac.com address back
without all the spam!  Speaking spam, all of it was coming from my old
ozmac.com forwarding address.  Anyone know how to turn that forwarding off?
