Hi Matt, Oh yes, definitely NOT your daughter’s fault, if it is the Graphics/ Video Card. It will be covered by warranty and Joondalup are honest and excellent. I live down south and it is always a pain getting my machines to Joondalup when something really bad happens, but 'good ole Daniel' helps me out ;-)
