David, I have had long and reliable, faithful service from a D-Link DSL 504 on 
ADSL 1 in Albany and I can highly recommend this, or what is probably now a 
later version.  I am using it with an Airport Extreme.

NBN coming sometime - 2014 it seems.  I would rather stick with what I have 
than have our planted verge dug up for a fibre cable and speed I do not need.  
Fibre to the node I would be happier with!
