>From what I know of them, they're a consulting firm. I bit like me.
I only know of them from what clients have told me after I've been there after
them.

There's a lot more places "popping up" like them now.

I had another client tell me about another "Mac consultant" (not these guys)
that came out and had never heard of an Apple Time Capsule and spent the first
30mins of the appointment studying up on it then telling the client that a
Canon printer couldn't be made wireless because of it. Needless to say the 2
hours they spent there weren't fairly productive. I fixed all her issues in
30mins and then had other things working as well. Oh, and the printer WAS a
wireless printer itself. Set it to join the network and all her computers could
print and have telling her about Printopia and she bought it then and there and
I set it up, she could print from her iPad and iPhone.

I don't like to sound like I'm blowing my own trumpet, but some of these places
are a worry. They say they can deliver all this "Mac expertise" then never
deliver, charge the client then "disappear" and are hard to get hold of again.
I'm not saying I know everything, but at least I'll say that up front and
advise of other options. lol

Hope that helps

Kind regards
Daniel
