OpenOffice came into Apache as a very mature project with its own
domain. Generally, Apache projects are encouraged to use a
$project.apache.org domain name - wave would be http://wave.apache.org
upon graduation.

I recognise that Apache would likely only be responsible for reference
implementations, whether client or server.
