Awesome! Start with wavecompass.net and use the docs there to set up a server. If there is anything missing from the docs, either update the wiki or talk to me. I'm on irc most of the time (as cr_0), or email me.
Next, we need to pick one of the two big problems, persistence and c/s api, and start to do some work. I'm very new to java (perl programmer mostly) but I'm sure we can get something going. The plan is to document our design and progress on the wiki, and submit working patches back.
