This type of cardboard figure is sometimes called a "standee." One of Barney was made a number of years ago, for bookstore displays of Don's book "Barney Fife and Other Characters I Have Known." It wasn't quite life-sized though, maybe 3/4. Good luck finding one these days, they're pretty scarce. Most any modern sign company should be able to make one up from any photo, but there may be copyright issues.
